Pumpkin French Toast Recipe

As the weather gets cooler we are excited to bring out the fall recipes. If you are a French toast lover, you're going to LOVE this granola crusted variation we created. Dipping the slices of toast in pumpkin granola before frying them adds a crunch to your breakfast that takes French toast to a whole new level! It's so simple to make, and you probably have all the ingredients in your kitchen already. Now is the time to stock up on our limited edition fall flavors, Pumpkin Spice and Apple Cinnamon. INGREDIENTS:

Whip up the eggs and cinnamon. Dip both sides of the bread in the egg mix and then each side in your pumpkin granola. Melt a tablespoon of butter in a frying pan and fry each side till crispy. Top with berries, whip cream, maple syrup and a sprinkle of our Apple Cinnamon Granola.
